Gravel biking has surged in popularity as cyclists look for new ways to explore nature, tackle varied terrains, and discover hidden gems. Estonia, with its small size, low population density, and a mix of paved and rideable gravel roads, is the perfect destination for gravel cycling.
At City Bike, we’ve evolved our offerings over the years. While we originally started with CycloCross bikes in 2010, we now offer a modern fleet of high-performance gravel bikes. We feature Merida and Corratec models, all designed for durability and versatility. We have over 20 gravel bikes available for rent.
Our Gravel Bike Fleet:
- Merida Silex 300
- 1x11 speed SRAM Apex
- Alloy frame and fork
- Sizes XS – XL
- Corratec Allroad A1/A2
- 1x11 or 2x10 Shimano
- Alloy frame and fork
- Sizes M, L, XL
Each bike is equipped with one bottle holder, and you can request a second holder for added convenience. For added durability, we’ve upgraded the tires to puncture-proof Maxxis Overdrive models (40C, 28” MaxxShield Puncture Protection).
Bikepacking Gear Available for Rent:
We also offer a variety of bikepacking accessories to ensure your ride is smooth and well-equipped. Rent Ortlieb waterproof bags in different sizes, including frame packs, handlebar bags, seatpost bags, and panniers. You can also rent SPD or SPD SL pedals, phone holders, GPS devices, or just a simple handlebar holder for your phone.
Rentals & Booking:
We recommend booking your gravel bike in advance via our website. For longer rentals, our bikes are prepped by our experienced mechanics. You’ll have the chance to test ride the bike and adjust your seat before starting your adventure.
All rentals come with a helmet, repair kit, and lock. A deposit of €200 is required (can be paid in cash or by credit card). We also offer bikepacking bags and panniers for your own bike if you need them.
Gravel Biking Adventures:
As passionate gravel bikers ourselves, we are always on the lookout for new routes and terrain. We not only rent bikes but also provide personalized route recommendations. Starting in 2024, we offer both single-day and multi-day gravel cycling tours with self-guided navigation and mapped routes, ensuring you have an unforgettable experience exploring Estonia.
